Hard as a box of nails!! I’m surprised “I’m Alive” hasn’t been licensed for a shampoo commercial yet, but hopefully it’ll stay off of Madison Avenue’s radar.
What a whacked-out double-sider! This is from late 1968 or early 1969. I wonder if the Shondells are playing on it.
Such a great record. It’s bugged how they used the rhythm tracks from Tommy James’s “I’m Alive” and the Sandpebbles “If You Didn’t Hear Me the First Time”.
